    Museo Archeologico
    This museum was founded in 1923 on the site of the former 15th century convent of San Gerolamo. It's collection includes many Greek vases, mosaics, sculptures and other ancient objects that were used for every day living. Adjacent to this museum is the church of San Girolamo, with frescoes dating from the 15th and 16th centuries.

    Castelvecchio Museum

    This museum is located within an old castle, built between 1354 and 1356. Within its many rooms are sculptures and epigraphs of the Romanesque and Medieval periods, paintings and more. Travelling exhibits are regularily featured.

    Municipal Museum of Art Of Castelvecchio (Civico Museo D'Arte Di Castelvecchio)
    Originally built as the Scala family castle in 1353, this space was converted into a museum in 1925. Within its collection are sculptures created between the 14th and 15th centuries panels and canvases from the middle ages and relics from the Lombards.

    Museum of Affreschi and Tomba di Giulietta
    Located in the San Francesco al Corso Convent complex (the former convent of the Small Friars), this museum is the site of Juliet's "tomb". Although the character was indeed, a figment of Shakespeare's imagination, it is a favored attraction in Verona. In the centre of the museum is a fresco dedicated to the art historian G.B. Cavalcaselle.
